Winter Properties is a pioneer in converting old, historic buildings
that have outlived their original purpose into unique, creative
spaces in which to live, work and play. Our success is grounded in
an ability to see the beauty and the potential in structures that
others might choose to demolish.
We
believe that recycling old buildings is good for the environment.
Debris from demolished buildings is sent to landfills. Because we
adapt buildings for new uses rather than tear them down, we keep
material from building demolition from going to landfills. Further,
we do not consume the same amount of energy and resources that are
required to build new buildings from the ground up.
Our
adaptive reuse development approach breathes new life into existing
structures, which consequently revitalizes surrounding
neighborhoods. When complete, we are able to offer residents and
tenants office and/or living space that is anything but ordinary.
